All products come with a minimum one year warranty
TLS products come with a 5 year warranty
Basic Delivery Information:
- Locations – UK mainland, Channel Islands, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland & Highlands.
- Types of delivery – Standard delivery (3-5 working days) & Next day delivery. Timed delivery on request.
- Free standard delivery on all orders over £50 to UK mainland only.
We understand that it is important for you to receive your goods as soon as possible, therefore we have selected a courier that we feel will be able to offer you an efficient and reliable service and deliver your goods in the quickest time possible.
If you select the standard delivery service you should expect to receive your goods within 3 – 5 working days (weekend and bank holidays are not included). Please note that this may take longer when shipping outside of UK mainland. Standard delivery is charged at £6.00 +VAT for orders under £50 and will be sent via Fedex or Royal Mail, a tracking number will be supplied via email when your items are shipped using Fedex.
Next Day Delivery
If you select the next day delivery service you should expect to recieve your goods on the next working day (weekends and bank holidays are not included). For example if you order on a Friday you should receive the goods on the following Monday. Next day delivery service can only be selected if the order is placed before 2pm. The cost of Next day delivery is £10.00 +VAT your items will be sent via Fedex or Royal Mail, a tracking number will be supplied via email when your items are shipped using Fedex.
Tracking your Order
We ship all our orders using Fedex UK or Royal Mail. When sending parcels via Fedex we are able to supply the customer with a tracking number, as soon as the parcel has left our warehouse you will be emailed with a tracking number.

Delivery outside the UK
For orders outside the UK such as Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands additional costs apply. These orders can NOT be sent on a next day service. Carriage cost is £18.00 + VAT for all areas.

Bulk buy purchases

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item you must inform us via email email@example.com within 3 working days of receiving the goods.
All goods returned to us for a refund should be in a resaleable condition i.e unused, complete and in its original packaging. Please note, you are responsible for any costs incurred in returning any goods to us. We accept no responsibility for goods until we receive them; therefore we suggest you send all goods using a recorded service with a signature proof of delivery.
Any refund given will be credited to the original credit or debit card used to purchase the goods. The refund will only be issued once the goods have been received and inspected by ourselves. Should there be any missing parts, damage to the goods or unsuitable packaging we reserve the right to make a deduction to any refund given. Refunds will only cover the cost of the item not the carriage cost.

We check and test all of our products before they leave our warehouse and encourage our customers to check the goods on arrival.
If your goods appear to be damaged on arrival please contact us with a description of the damage via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt.

Any returns that do not include the returns form will not be processed.
Any goods you return for repair/replacement if under warranty will be sent back to you free of charge.
